Everything You Need to Know

4 step returns process

  1. Drop an email to customerservices@over-take.co with the details of item to be returned and reason for reason and obtain a Return form.

  2. Complete the RMA detailing your order number which begins with OT, item returned and reason for return.

  3. Return your order in original packaging and condition within 14 days of receiving to the return address along with the completed returns form.

  4. Upon receiving your returned package we will action your requested refund or exchange.


Merchandise marked SALE cannot be returned, unless faulty.

The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of OVERTAKE.

A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the OVETAKE warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account. We estimate 2 to 5 days

Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

All sale items are final.

International returns

All returned merchandise should be declared as a "Return" on the customs declaration; without this the return may not be successful or may incur additional fees.
